Choose a challenge you would like to attempt. A "Challenge" requires you to be the first person to achieve a target multiplier on the specified game while adhering to the minimum bet requirement.
For example, let's consider a Sugar Rush challenge. Under the game tile, it states "First to hit 1,000x with a minimum $0.2 bet." Below that, the reward is mentioned, let's say $250 in Bitcoin. If you successfully achieve the 1,000x multiplier with a bet of $0.20 or higher on Sugar Rush and become the first person to do so since the challenge started, the prize will be instantly credited to your account. You can find your prize in your VIP panel.
You can use Bonus buys, but they make it more challenging to reach the target multiplier. The winning multiplier is based on the total bet amount, not your base bet.
If the challenge is listed under the Live tab, it means it is still active and no one has won it yet. Go for it!
What you can win
The rewards for the challenges vary. One challenge may reward thousands of dollars, while another may offer as little as $10. Be sure to check the Reward section of each challenge to see the exact amount you can win (that number is final but may vary due to fluctuations in cryptocurrency prices).
Only one person can be the winner of each challenge. Sometimes it may appear that two people completed it simultaneously, but the reward will always go to the person who completed it even a millisecond earlier.
In the Reward section, you will find the currency in which the reward will be credited. Most commonly, rewards are paid out in Bitcoin, but it may vary from time to time.
How to claim your prize
Once you win, please check your VIP panel to claim your reward. If you have followed the terms and conditions correctly, you will be automatically awarded.
You do not need to contact support upon winning. If, for some reason, you have not been credited and you believe you have rightfully won, please contact support. In such cases, please have your screenshot and BetIDs ready to send.
For each challenge, you must achieve the specified target multiplier while adhering to the specific minimum bet amount during the duration of which the challenge is active (displayed under Live tab of Challenges).
There is only 1 winner per challenge. If it appears that two people completed it simultaneously, the reward will always go to the person who completed it even a millisecond earlier.
The Reward amount stated on a challenge CANNOT be changed. It may appear to change due to the fluctuations of cryptocurrency prices in USD but the underlying cryptocurrency amount stays the same.
You will be credited prize money if you have correctly followed the instructions listed above and have satisfied the Terms and Conditions. If you have, please go to your VIP panel to claim your reward.
If, for some reason, you have not been credited and you believe you have rightfully won, please contact support. In such cases, please have your screenshot and BetIDs ready to send.
Your bet only count towards this promotion when the challenge is active. Your bet is not eligible if it was made before the challenge was live or after the challenge has already been completed by someone else.
A challenge may be removed while you are actively trying to complete it. If you have what you think is a winning bet but the challenge was removed before it, you may not be eligible for a prize.
If you are found multi-accounting, none of your affiliated accounts will be eligible for the prize and will be banned from being able to participate in future promotions.
Shuffle reserves the right to credit the prizes in any Cryptocurrency equal to or the same value of the $USD prize.
