Instructions: Simply rank up throughout Silver to Ruby. Every time you reach a new rank (e.g. Gold to Platinum):
1. Go to your VIP panel and claim your automated level up bonus + 2. Support will message you (don't message support) about claiming an additional cash bonus in the form of a reload. Once you reply, they will process your reload. What is a reload and how do they work?
In the VIP panel, a Reload prize will appear once you've been granted one. You will be able to claim a portion of your total bonus amount upfront. After that, you will need to wait for a set amount of time before you can claim additional portions of your total bonus amount. It's important to note that Reloads can expire, so remember to check back regularly to see how much time you have left to claim them!
For example
If you're currently Bronze and level up to Silver 1:
You can claim approximately $6 USD in the VIP panel.
In addition, you will be given $9 USD in the form of a reload by support.
In total, you've received $15 USD for levelling up to Silver 1. Additional instant cash bonuses can be claimed levelling up between Silver 2 and Silver 5.
Level up to Gold 1:
You can claim approximately $50 USD in the VIP panel.
In addition, you will be given $130 USD in the form of a reload by support.
In total, you've received $180 USD for levelling up to Gold 1. Additional instant cash bonuses can be claimed levelling up between Gold 2 and Gold 5.
Level up to Platinum 1:
You can claim approximately $150 USD in the VIP panel.
In addition, you will be given $570 USD in the form of a reload by support.
In total, you've received $720 USD for levelling up to Platinum 1. Additional instant cash bonuses can be claimed levelling up between Platinum 2 and Platinum 5.
Level up to Jade 1:
You can claim approximately $350 USD in the VIP panel.
In addition, you will be given $1,150 USD in the form of a reload by support.
In total, you've received $1,500 USD for levelling up to Jade 1. If you continue, additional $540 ($135 x 4) between Jade 2 and Jade 5 claimed via VIP panel.
Level up to Sapphire 1:
You can claim approximately $900 USD in the VIP panel.
$1,000 USD as an immediate cash bonus from your host.
A minimum of $800 USD in the form of a boosted reload* by your host.

Level up to Ruby 1:
You can claim approximately $2,700 USD in the VIP panel.
$1,800 USD as an immediate cash bonus from your host.
A minimum of $1,400 USD in the form of a boosted reload* by your host.
In total, you've received $5,900 USD for levelling up to Ruby 1.
*VIP Panel Value - The amount of the bonus on the VIP panel varies based on the RTP of the game you play, but it will be similar to what is written above.
*Additional amounts to the boosted reload will come from gameplay between ranks.

To claim a non-VIP panel cash bonus, reply to support when they message you shortly after your newly achieved rank. If for some reason support has not messaged you after your rank up, please contact support.
To participate in this promotion, you must reach the corresponding ranks: Silver 1, Gold 1, Platinum 1, Jade 1, Sapphire 1 and Ruby 1. You will be eligible for payouts if you’ve achieved ranks mentioned in the designated period the promotion is active.
The Level Up (VIP Panel) Cash Bonus Calculation takes into account the player's gameplay. The rewards earned will be weighted based on the edge of the games played. Games with high edge will result in a bigger bonus.
Users must have completed at least one deposit on Shuffle.
Any progress made on the bonus will be voided if users fail to meet the rollover requirements.
If you are found multi-accounting, none of your affiliated accounts will be eligible for the prize and will be banned from being able to participate in future promotions.
Shuffle reserves the right to give the bonus at its discretion and may deny users the bonus if they are found to be abusing the promotion.
