Dynamic Level Ups

Instructions:

• Simply rank up.

• Every time you reach a new rank (e.g. Gold to Platinum) you'll receive a message from customer support. Go to your VIP panel and claim your automated level-up bonus + reload + recent play bonus.

What is a reload and how do they work?

In the VIP panel, a Reload bonus will appear once you've been granted one. You will be able to claim a portion of your total bonus amount upfront. After that, you will need to wait for a set amount of time before you can claim additional portions of your total bonus amount. It's important to note that Reloads can expire, so remember to check back regularly to see how much time you have left to claim them!

What is a recent play and how do they work?

In the VIP panel, a recent play bonus will appear once you've been granted one. If you’ve had an unlucky streak, your recent play bonus will be boosted.

Is this for tier-ups, or just new levels? 

This is for new levels. For example, when you hit Gold 1 you'll receive an automated level-up bonus + reload + recent play bonus. You’ll then be able to claim your tier-ups, and at Platinum 1 you'll be able to claim a new round of bonuses.

What if I already have a reload? 

If you level up with an active reload, your active reload will be rolled into your new reload. 

What if I’m in profit? 

You’ll still be awarded an automated level-up bonus + reload + recent play bonus. 

How is recent play calculated?

The amount on your recent play is calculated by our system automatically.

Rest assured each player will receive the maximum available amount on their level-up reward. 

What is the base reward?

The base reward is the automatic reward you receive on your VIP page when you reach a new level.
