SHFL Token Supply and Burns
SHFL has a fixed maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. The supply is deflationary: tokens are permanently burned over time, so total supply only decreases. As of June 26, 2026, cumulative burns totaled 76,704,440 SHFL, bringing total supply down to 923,295,560 SHFL.
The SHFL Foundation's on-chain analytics dashboard listed effective circulating supply at 46.06% as of June 26, 2026. Based on the post-burn total supply of 923,295,560 SHFL, this represents approximately 425.3 million SHFL.
SHFL is burned weekly. Shuffle allocates 30% of SHFL-denominated net gaming revenue (NGR) to SHFL burns, which are executed each Friday. Every burn is sent on-chain to the Ethereum burn address 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD, and each transaction is recorded with an Etherscan link in the SHFL token documentation. Since the launch of the SHFL Lottery, 15% of platform NGR has been directed to the SHFL Lottery prize pool rather than the buyback-and-burn flow.

The SHFL Lottery
The SHFL Lottery is a weekly draw with prizes paid in USDC. Draws take place every Friday and are verifiable through a provably fair process.
How entry works. There are two ways to enter:
SHFL staking provides free, perpetual entry. Each ticket requires 50 SHFL staked, with a one-ticket minimum. Staked SHFL is not spent; it can be unstaked, with tokens returned after the current draw concludes.
Single tickets can be purchased in any non-SHFL deposit currency and last for one draw only. Single tickets come in two forms: a Standard ticket (the player selects 5 numbers plus 1 Powerball) and a Powerplay ticket (more expensive; it guarantees the Powerball, so the player selects 5 numbers).
How the prize pool is funded. Each draw's prize pool combines rollover from the previous week, 15% of platform NGR, and 85% of single-ticket sales. The pool updates in real time as tickets are sold. A reserve insurance fund of $3,000,000 USDC backs the system: $2,000,000 set aside for jackpot hits and $1,000,000 for negative-revenue weeks.
How draws are verified. The lottery is provably fair. Each draw is determined by a Bitcoin block number, the corresponding Bitcoin block hash, and a server seed. Before entries close, a downloadable CSV of tickets and a CSV hash are published so the entry set cannot change between close and draw.
As of June 26, 2026, 288,212,900 SHFL was staked in the lottery — 67.78% of effective circulating supply.

Airdrop 3 Status
Airdrop 3 is the active SHFL airdrop campaign. It distributes 90,000,000 SHFL over 52 weeks and began on March 7, 2026. Distribution runs in two stages: Stage 1 (20,000,000 SHFL) allocated tokens to the top eligible players from a ranking snapshot, and Stage 2 (70,000,000 SHFL) rewards the top 10,000 eligible players each week through the Weekly SHFL Airdrop.
Weekly emissions are front-loaded and decline over the first 20 weeks before stabilizing at up to 1,000,000 SHFL per week. Points for the Weekly SHFL Airdrop are earned through casino wagers, sports wagers, and lottery Standard or Powerplay ticket purchases. Eligibility criteria apply.
