How to claim your refund
If you have followed the T&Cs correctly, you’ll be automatically awarded your refund within 72 hours after the end of the promotion.
You will NOT need to contact support. You should only contact support if it’s been 72 hours after the end of the promotion and you have not been awarded your refund. In that case, please keep your screenshot and BetIDs ready to send.

You will be credited prize money shortly after match is finished, please give us up to 72 hours after it’s ended.
If you are found multi-accounting, none of your affiliated accounts will be eligible for the prize and will be banned from being able to participate in future promotions.
Shuffle reserves the right to credit the prizes in any Cryptocurrency equal to or the same value of the $USD prize.
