Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions
These Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions apply to deposit bonuses offered on Shuffle.com, including first deposit bonuses and other deposit-match promotions.
Specific promotions may have different bonus percentages, maximum bonus amounts, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, or other conditions. Where promotion-specific terms differ from these general terms, the terms displayed for that promotion will apply.
By claiming or accepting a Deposit Bonus, you agree to these Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions and the Shuffle Terms of Service.
These Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions are supplemental to the Shuffle Terms of Service and must be read together with them. Capitalised terms used but not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Shuffle Terms of Service. If there is any inconsistency between these Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions and the Shuffle Terms of Service, the Shuffle Terms of Service prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
1. Eligibility
Deposit Bonuses are available only to eligible users and may be restricted by account, jurisdiction, promotion, deposit method, verification status, or other eligibility criteria specified by Shuffle.
First Deposit Bonuses may only be claimed in the same currency of the user’s first deposit.
Only one First Deposit Bonus may be claimed per person unless otherwise stated, and a user may hold only one Shuffle Account in accordance with the Shuffle Terms of Service.
Creating or operating multiple accounts in order to claim additional bonuses is strictly prohibited.
Shuffle may require identity or account verification before a Deposit Bonus is issued, credited, withdrawn, or otherwise made available.
The applicable minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, bonus percentage, eligible and excluded jurisdictions and promotional period will be displayed in the relevant promotion.
2. Activating a Deposit Bonus
Where a Deposit Bonus is automatically available to your account, the offer and applicable conditions will be displayed before or following your eligible deposit.
Where a Deposit Bonus requires activation through Customer Support, users must contact Customer Support before wagering the deposited funds.
A Deposit Bonus cannot normally be retrospectively applied to funds that have already been wagered or lost.
A Deposit Bonus must be claimed before any wagering takes place. Shuffle reserves the right to deny a Deposit Bonus if it is claimed after wagering has already occurred.
The minimum and maximum bonus amounts are governed by the specific offer's terms. If wagering occurs prior to claiming, Shuffle reserves the right to adjust or reduce the bonus amount issued.
3. Wagering Requirement
Deposit Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless expressly stated otherwise.
The applicable wagering requirement will be displayed as part of the promotion.
Unless otherwise specified, the wagering requirement is calculated as:
(Eligible Deposit + Deposit Bonus) × Wagering Requirement
For example:
If you deposit $100, receive a 100% Deposit Bonus of $100 and the applicable wagering requirement is 35×:
($100 + $100) × 35 = $7,000 of qualifying wagering required.
Funds associated with the Deposit Bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
Unless the promotion states otherwise, the wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the Deposit Bonus being credited. A Deposit Bonus that remains subject to an incomplete wagering requirement at the end of that period, and any winnings generated from it, may be removed.
A Deposit Bonus that is not claimed within the claim period specified for the promotion, or within 60 days of being made available, may be cancelled in accordance with the Shuffle Terms of Service. Shuffle may also remove a Deposit Bonus from an account that has become inactive.
4. Wagering Contribution
Not every wager contributes equally toward completing the wagering requirement.
Unless otherwise specified, wagering progress is calculated based on the theoretical house edge of the game, being the theoretical house edge published by Shuffle for that game:
Wager Amount × (Game Edge ÷ 4%) = Wagering Progress
For example, a $10 wager on a game with a 1% house edge contributes:
$10 × (1% ÷ 4%) = $2.50
toward the wagering requirement.
Certain products, games, providers, bet types or promotional features may contribute at a different rate or may not contribute toward wagering requirements at all.
Sportsbook wagers contribute according to the wagering contribution rate specified by Shuffle and must meet any minimum odds requirements applicable to the promotion. Void, cancelled and abandoned bets, bets that are cashed out and bets placed on opposing outcomes in the same market do not contribute toward the wagering requirement.
5. Maximum Bet
Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion, the maximum permitted wager while a Deposit Bonus wagering requirement is active is:
$10 USD equivalent per wager.
This limit applies regardless of the currency used, converted using the rate applied by Shuffle at the time the wager is placed.
Users must not attempt to circumvent the maximum wager restriction by splitting, combining or otherwise structuring wagers.
Where a user deliberately or repeatedly places wagers exceeding the permitted maximum, the Deposit Bonus and any associated winnings may be removed.
6. Restricted Games and Activities
While a Deposit Bonus wagering requirement is active, certain games, products and features may be unavailable or excluded from wagering contribution.
Unless otherwise specified, the following are prohibited while wagering requirements are active:
Accumulator games;
Challenges;
Slot Bonus Buy features;
Games or providers listed on Shuffle's Restricted Games list, as published and updated from time to time; and
Any other game or wagering method designated by Shuffle as ineligible for Deposit Bonus wagering.
Only eligible Shuffle Originals, slots, sportsbook markets and live casino games may be used toward wagering requirements.
Sportsbook bets must meet the minimum odds requirement specified for the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the minimum qualifying odds are 1.30 decimal odds.
Shuffle may update the list of restricted games or providers where necessary to reflect changes to game mathematics, products, providers or promotional abuse risks. Any such update applies prospectively only and does not affect a Deposit Bonus that is already active at the time of the update, unless the change is required by law
7. Restrictions While Wagering Is Active
While a Deposit Bonus wagering requirement remains active, you may not:
Withdraw funds in the currency associated with the active bonus;
Transfer eligible funds to the Vault;
Tip or transfer eligible funds to another user;
Use wagering activity toward another bonus-code wagering requirement;
Participate in restricted games or promotional activities; or
Circumvent restrictions associated with the Deposit Bonus.
The currency associated with the Deposit Bonus will remain subject to these restrictions until the wagering requirement has been completed, the bonus has been validly forfeited, or the eligible balance has otherwise been exhausted and no qualifying bets remain open. Where a user activates a self-exclusion, cooling-off or account closure request while a Deposit Bonus wagering requirement is active, the user may forfeit the Deposit Bonus and withdraw the remaining balance in the relevant currency, less the bonus amount and any winnings generated from the bonus funds, subject to the applicable verification requirements.
8. VIP Rewards
Unless otherwise stated, wagering completed while a Deposit Bonus wagering requirement is active may receive reduced VIP rewards.
The applicable reduction will be displayed in the terms for the relevant promotion.
9. Forfeiting a Deposit Bonus
A user may request that a Deposit Bonus be forfeited at any time by contacting Customer Support.
If a Deposit Bonus is forfeited before wagering begins:
The bonus amount will be removed;
The associated wagering requirement will be cancelled; and
The user's original eligible deposit will remain in their balance, subject to any applicable account or withdrawal requirements.
Wagers are applied against the funds deposited by the user before any bonus funds are used. Where a Deposit Bonus is forfeited after wagering has commenced, the bonus amount and any winnings generated while the Deposit Bonus was active are removed, and any deposited funds remaining in the balance are released, subject to any applicable account or withdrawal requirements.
10. Multiple Bonuses
Unless otherwise stated:
A user may not claim multiple Deposit Bonuses using the same qualifying deposit;
Wagering associated with an active Deposit Bonus does not count toward the requirements of another promotional bonus; and
Users with an active Deposit Bonus may be ineligible for additional welcome or Deposit Bonuses until the existing wagering requirement has been completed.
Shuffle may issue other eligible rewards or promotions while a Deposit Bonus remains active where expressly permitted.
11. Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Activity
Deposit Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play.
Shuffle may review accounts, gameplay, transactions, device information and other relevant account activity to identify suspected bonus abuse, fraud or attempts to circumvent these terms.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
Creating or controlling multiple accounts;
Coordinating activity across multiple accounts;
Exploiting Deposit Bonuses or promotional mechanics;
Using prohibited wagering strategies designed primarily to extract promotional value;
Circumventing maximum bet or game restrictions;
Manipulating qualifying deposits or withdrawals;
Engaging in fraudulent, collusive or otherwise abusive activity; or
Any activity that violates the Shuffle Terms of Service.
Without limiting Shuffle’s rights in the Shuffle Terms of Service, where Shuffle reasonably determines that prohibited or abusive activity has occurred, Shuffle may:
Remove or cancel the Deposit Bonus;
Remove winnings or other benefits generated through the Deposit Bonus;
Exclude the user from current or future promotions;
Restrict or close associated accounts; and/or
Take any other action permitted under the Shuffle Terms of Service.
Where the conduct in question relates only to the operation of these Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions, and does not involve fraud, money laundering or a breach of the Shuffle Terms of Service, the funds deposited by the user will remain available to the user.
12. Withdrawals
Funds associated with an active Deposit Bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
Any pending or unsettled wagers associated with the Deposit Bonus may need to be settled before a withdrawal becomes available.
Completion of a wagering requirement does not override any other withdrawal, verification or account requirements contained in the Shuffle Terms of Service.
Where a promotion specifies a maximum profit, the profit a user may retain from a Deposit Bonus is capped at that amount, calculated as a multiple of the Eligible Deposit. The maximum profit will be displayed in the terms for the relevant promotion before the Deposit Bonus is claimed, and any amount above the cap is deducted from the balance when the wagering requirement is completed.
13. Promotion-Specific Terms
Each Deposit Bonus may specify additional conditions, including:
Bonus percentage;
Maximum bonus amount;
Minimum qualifying deposit;
Wagering multiplier;
Maximum wager;
Maximum profit;
Eligible currencies;
Eligible jurisdictions;
Verification requirements;
Claim period;
Expiry period; and
Other promotion-specific restrictions.
These promotion-specific conditions form part of these Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions.
If there is any conflict between these general Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions and terms expressly stated for a particular promotion, the promotion-specific terms will apply for that promotion. Promotion-specific terms cannot vary the Shuffle Terms of Service.
14. Changes, Suspension and Cancellation
Shuffle reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue a Deposit Bonus promotion where permitted under the Shuffle Terms of Service.
Shuffle may revoke a bonus or associated promotional benefits where these Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions or the Shuffle Terms of Service have been violated.
Changes to a Deposit Bonus promotion apply prospectively only and do not affect a Deposit Bonus that has already been claimed and remains subject to an active wagering requirement, unless the change is required by law..
15. General
Deposit Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used in the account and currency for which they were issued.
Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable promotion terms before claiming or using a Deposit Bonus.

Personal data collected or reviewed in connection with these Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions is handled in accordance with the Shuffle Privacy Policy.
These Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of Curacao, and the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of the Shuffle Terms of Service apply to them.
If you are not satisfied with a decision made under these Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions, you may raise a complaint with Shuffle Customer Support, and the Shuffle complaints handling process will apply.
By claiming or using a Deposit Bonus, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions and the Shuffle Terms of Service.
